Either one of our drivers or one of the garage’s drivers who we work together with, collect your vehicle, take it for an MOT and/ or service, then drop it back off on completion.
On the day of your booking:
Driver will arrive on time, he will then take some photos of the car, collect the keys from you and get your signature to confirm collection has taken place, it takes around 10 minutes
All drivers are experienced and are fully comprehensively insured to drive any vehicle, your car is in safe hands.
When you contact us and our specialist evaluates the issues of your car, he will send an email with price list. If you agree on it, he will send you the invoice and ask you to pay by bank card or bank transfer. If more issues discovered during the repair process, our specialist will contact you and send you an email with comments about the issue and the price list.
Your car’s service book will be stamped by the garage and delivered back to you by our driver. Please note, online service records update is subject to data and tooling availability.

Not currently, as we need time to find you a free time with the garage and to get one of our drivers to collect your car. Mostly it can be booked in 2-3 business day, as best garages are busy and cannot accept your car the same day.

Yes, we supply all necessary car parts to repair your car. We supply genuine all car manufacturers or equivalent, premium quality parts only. Parts will be supplied according to your choice.

We are consulting with most of car manufacturer dealers. Our customers will receive manufacturer-based recommendations about necessary services needed according to customer car mileage and Reg. year.

Our partners are car manufacturer official dealers and garages all over UK and can service or MOT for all makes and models of cars and vans up to 3 tons of weight.

Usually, small service or MOT work is completed at the same day. If the garage needs to wait for a part, requiring an additional day, we will always keep you updated. Other issues can take few days to be fixed. Usually, we will notice in advance if it can take longer than usual.

If you find an issue with your vehicle once work has been carried out or if a particular part is faulty/defective, please contact us immediately so that mechanic can resolve the issue with the garage. If the issues are found to be at the fault of our garage, we will take the necessary steps to have the item replaced or repaired, but if the issue is not because of our replaced part or related with incorrect replacement of the part, we will send you an offer for parts and work needed to repair it. If you accept the offer, we will repair your car and get it back to you.

If your car is not running or a defect is discovered by our Services which means Your car is not safe to drive, you will need to arrange for collection. We can provide a recovery truck service to deliver Your car to an address of our agreed garage but this cost will need to be borne by You and payment made in advance, as agreed between us.

Not necessarily, it can be someone from your family or friends too. Our driver need to collect the keys, take some photos of your car and get signature before taking your car to the garage.

Mostly of the time your car will be picked up and dropped off on the same day. But it can happen, your car may need to be kept overnight if we’re waiting for a spare part, or works will take longer that planed. We will let you know if that happens.

Yes, but we advise you to contact us by email, write us car. Reg. number, your contact details, car collection time, issues or parts that need to be replaced in your car. Our team will prepare and send you an offer with parts, labour prices and timescale of the repair. When you check this information, we will talk and discuss on a phone.

Our staff visit each garage in person, our in-house mechanics evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities of selected servicing centres. We only work with garages which strictly use genuine manufacturer or manufacturer-equivalent parts.

Most garages nationwide aren’t open on weekends or bank holidays, so earliest booking date can be next workday or after.

In this fast and constantly changing world plans or circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know ASAP during our work hours.

The reason is that we start planning your booking with garages and drivers’ same day when we agree with your booking, and we need to cover the administration costs occurred.

Our team works Monday to Friday from 9am to 18:30pm. If you cancel in the evening or if you cancel over the weekend, we will not be able to process your request until the next workday morning.

Within the 24 hour of your first contact (it does not include weekends, bank holidays or outside of operating hours) £25. We will refund your payment for repair, just keep the £25 cancelation fee.
If you reschedule your booking with us within 24 hours (it does not include weekends, bank holidays or outside of operating hours), then we will not charge you the cancellation fee.
